Everyone,

I have one and only one affiliation here in our district and this is to serve all of our kids. I don't belong to any club and don't have or hold any other positions anywhere else. Anytime my name is mentioned anywhere outside of the CYSA DVIII website showing the position I have as the CYSA DVIII DOL/Kaercher League Chairman, it needs to personally come from me. The use of my name is not authorized by me to be used outside of any CYSA affiliated activities.

Similarly, my participation outside of the CYSA State Coaching Licensing Program, USYS Region IV or CYSA District DVIII affiliated activities, again, if not personally announced and authorized by me is unture. Please contact me and let me know immediately, so that I can put a stop to any claim, if my name surfaces up outside of these named and listed Programs and Organizations.

I'm looking forward to have fun and sponsor & coach my 5 yrs. old son's team in the Modesto MYSA " rec. league " this coming 2010 season.
